Rich is a manager in Wegner CPAs’ tax department. He joined Wegner CPAs in August 2021 and has over nine years of experience in public accounting. Rich enjoys working with a variety of clients including, pass-through entities, individuals, and tax-exempt organizations. He has expertise serving S Corporations and their shareholders. He also has expertise assisting tax-exempt organizations with their 990 and 990-T filings and state charitable organization and unrelated business income tax filings.
